Ms Pearson’s work in this book shows the care and attention to detail of somebody who has suffered with back pain and doesn’t want others to suffer the same way. She goes about sharing her own very personal story with it. Heather is a therapist I heard about from Charles Poliquin as one of the best out there. While therapists are a buck a dozen or as my Chiro calls them, bush league. What separates heather is evident in this book; she truly gives a damn. This is what I consider a must read for those with back pain and have suffered for any length of time without being given hope or proper treatment. Heather isn’t a one trick pony either and has built an arsenal of skills that she goes over in this book to help those with pain and find somebody local to get better treatment.

I’m so glad i managed to get hold of this book Back Pain Free, as i’m currently going through a back pain protocol and this book has so much information looking at all aspects
the body, explaining how everything is interconnected, and that there may be many aspects to peoples health and back pain problems, I found the book covered many topics that I may not have considered in my quest to address the pains I was and still am going through. Whenever I get down sometimes I read Heathers story and acknowledge her courage and realise that you have to keep going despite the pain on a daily basis. I would definitely recommend this book as each time I read extracts of the book I keep learning and practising different protocols. Thanks for the inspiration and practical information in this book, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants improve there health and general well being.

    Much Love and Light Terry.
